Which payment methods can I use?
When placing an order at Mr.Domino you can choose from the following payment methods:
–          iDeal
–          Sofort Banking
–          Bancontact / Mister Cash
–          KBC/CBC payment button
–          Belfius Direct Net
–          Bank transfer
–          Apple Pay
–          Creditcard: Mastercard / Maestro / Visa
All transactions are fully secured by Mollie Payment Services in Amsterdam.

What about a Bank transfer?
If you choose bank transfer as payment method you receive after submitting your order payment instructions. In these instructions is a Mollie Payment feature (with order and reference number). This Mollie Payment feature you need to fill in when you are making the bank transfer.

When will the products be delivered?
After your payment is received, the order will be assembled in our warehouse. Depending on your moment of ordering this will be done on Tuesdays and Fridays. Then the products will be shipped. In Europe your order is delivered by DPD or POSTNL. Depending on the country, the package is generally delivered within 7 business days in Europe. When customs are involved, delivery time may take somewhat longer. Destinations outside Europe will take longer time. You can check the status of your order via the unique Track & Trace number we e-mail you after your order is ready for shipment.

Our domino webshop is lucky to be able to fulfil our orders on a daily basis. Due to the coronavirus the delivery of the packages may take some extra day(s), depending on the actual situations in your home country. Please be safe, take care and #stayhome.

    What are the expected delivery times?
    Some typical delivery times

    • 1 till 2 working days: The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Denmark
    • 2 till 3 working days: France, Austria, Poland, Spain, Italy, Hungary, Czech Republic,  Slovakia, Slovenia
    • 7 till 14 working days: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway

    What happens if I’m not home when the package is delivered?
    The delivery service (DPD, DHL or POSTNL) will try to deliver the package to one of your neighbours and will put a note in your mailbox. If this is not possible, the delivery service will try again the next day and – if applicable – a 3rd time the day after. If delivery by then still has not taken place, you will find a note in your mailbox with which you can pick up the package from the specified collection point (often the post office or parcel shop near you) within a period of three weeks.

    What if your package is damaged or apparently open(ed)?
    When your package is delivered, please confirm yourself first, before you place a signature for acceptance, that the package is not damaged, opened or otherwise not in good order. If this is perhaps the case, please notify the person of the delivery service or the pick-up point immediately. A written statement of the damaged Proof of Delivery and photo’s are needed. You may refuse the package and let it send back to sender. Please notify us with the necessary information, so we can sort things out.

    What happens if the address I supplied is not correct and the package can not be delivered?
    Our webshop and the delivery service are relying on the correct address information you supply. If this information is not sufficient it might happen that the package will be returned without arriving at your place. This will induce extra costs for both the webshop and you as a customer. So please be sure you fill in the right address with all information needed.

    What should I do if I am not satisfied with the products received?
    We make every effort to deliver each order correctly, timely and with high quality. If however you are not fully satisfied with the items ordered, we ask you to contact us directly so we can provide a suitable solution. Without giving any reason you are entitled to return the goods within 7 business days or for consumers 14 days, provided the products have not been used and are undamaged. We will refund you the purchase amount under the condition that return delivery can only be accepted if the packaging of the product is decent and the product is in its original state. Costs for the return delivery are your responsibility.

    What are the shipping costs?
    The shipping costs to your country are provided on the checkout page. These costs are the sum of the delivery costs of the delivery service and our internal packaging costs. Depending on your shipping address value added tax (VAT) is added within the EU if applicable. If your shipping address is outside the EU, you might have to pay import taxes to your customs. The DominoWebshop does not calculate nor can be accountable for such extra taxes.

    What if no shipping costs appear?
    If no shipping costs appear we do not ship our products to your country. This might be the case if our preferred delivery services are not delivering to your country.

    Is there a maximum amount for credit card payment on your website?
    Yes, you can order and pay with credit card till the maximum amount of € 500,=. If you want to order for a bigger amount, we advise you to make two smaller orders at no extra costs.
